Bought this for my daughter and she loves it .Worked like a charm so far !I may not ever use the decarb function, but the infusion process is easy. Add herb. Add oil. Use app to determine length of time and temp. Close the cover. Press start. Release oil into container. Wipe down with soft cloth. Simple! Makes 2 cups, which isn’t a lot. This is for small batches.I enjoy everything about this machine. It's easy to use and very easy to clean. The oils and butters came out perfect!!! Extremely happy with the purchase!After 2 yrs of occasional use I'm disappointed the unit isn't functioning properly. The Activate Cycle is stuck on Warming Up and the slide door that opens the reservoir no longer closes all the way thys makibg unit useless all together.Going back to crock pot.I have now bought two of these and very unhappy it does everything it's suppose to make some of the best oils, butter whatever I put in it but both of them the lids have broken on them and it doesn't work after it's broke. Need to try to make the lid piece instead of plastic metal.MeExcellent product. I had a little problem after 2 months send email to the company and they responded very quickly. They sent broken part fast. I am very satisfie . Love my little machine. ThxAfter 4 uses the ceramic container started to flake alittle inside. The coating is coming off
